Well I just about got this done, I bought a plain book and dressed it up, think I might keep this myself.
You can get the calender printout from the link at Project Tuesday. I tied a ribbon so as to keep the month open as it approaches, I also left a few blank pages at the back for notes.Plain book; paperchase stationary.
